Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Barcelona
Private transfer from Barcelona Airport to your centrally located hotel. Relax and take an evening stroll along Passeig de Gràcia or through the atmospheric Gothic Quarter to get your first feel for the city. This arrival day is designed to be easy and flexible after your flight.

Optional add-ons: evening tapas walk in the Gothic Quarter and a rooftop lounge experience overlooking the Barcelona skyline.

Day 2 – Gaudí Masterpieces: Sagrada Família & Park Güell
Morning guided visit inside La Sagrada Família, Spain’s most iconic basilica, with the option to climb one of the towers for panoramic views over Barcelona. In the afternoon, explore Park Güell, Gaudí’s colorful mosaic hilltop park where you can walk the serpentine benches, visit the Gaudí house museum, and enjoy sweeping viewpoints over the city. The evening is free to relax or continue exploring on your own.

Optional add-ons: flamenco show and dinner, or a photography tour of Gaudí’s buildings.

Day 3 – Gothic Quarter, Picasso & Cooking Class
In the morning, enjoy a guided walking tour through the Gothic Quarter, taking in highlights such as Barcelona Cathedral, Plaça Sant Felip Neri,the Roman walls, the Jewish Quarter, and Plaça Reial. Continue to the Picasso Museum to see an extensive collection of the artist’s early worksand Blue Period pieces. This offers a rich artistic and historical introduction to Barcelona’s old town.
In the afternoon, take part in a hands-on Spanish cooking class featuring paella, tapas, and sangria, typically including a market visit to Santa Caterina Market to choose fresh ingredients. The evening is at leisure.

Day 4 – Montjuïc Hill, Cable Car & Magic Fountains
Take the cable car up Montjuïc Hill in the morning, enjoying sweeping views over the city and port as you ride. Visit Montjuïc Castle, the Olympic Stadium, Palau Sant Jordi, and the Botanical Gardens as you explore this green hillside area. In the afternoon, you can visit the MNACMuseum or simply relax on the steps near the Magic Fountain.
In the evening, watch the Magic Fountain light and music show (operating seasonally), a favorite for both adults and families.

Optional add-ons: a boat cruise from Port Vell or a cycling tour along the waterfront.

Day 5 – La Boqueria, Beaches & Port Vell Boat Experience
Begin the day with a guided tasting tour in La Boqueria Market, sampling fresh produce and local specialties while learning about Catalan ingredients and food culture. Stroll along La Rambla and, if you wish, visit the historic Gran Teatre del Liceu, with the option for an interior tour. In the afternoon, relax at Barceloneta Beach, visit the marina, and wander the waterfront promenade.
Enjoy a 1-hour private sailboat or catamaran ride in Port Vell for a refreshing perspective of Barcelona from the sea. In the evening, choose between a seafood dinner at the port or a casual beach restaurant. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 6 – Day Trip: Montserrat Mountains & Winery
Enjoy a full-day excursion to the Montserrat Mountains, a dramatic multi-peaked range just outside Barcelona. Highlights include a scenic cogwheel train ride, visiting the basilica and the revered Black Madonna, and soaking in spectacular viewpoints. You will also have time for short hikes along mountain paths if you wish, taking in the unique rock formations and countryside views.
In the afternoon, continue to the Penedès wine region for a wine tasting tour. Visit a local vineyard for a cellar tour and enjoy a picnic or tapaspairing alongside regional wines before returning to Barcelona in the evening. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 7 – Art, Shops & Fun at Tibidabo
This morning, visit Casa Batlló and/or La Pedrera, two of Gaudí’s most famous houses on Passeig de Gràcia, where you can explore theirimaginative architecture and rooftop details. Enjoy some shopping time on Rambla de Catalunya or Passeig de Gràcia, browsing everythingfrom local boutiques to international brands.
In the afternoon, head up to Tibidabo Mountain via funicular to reach Tibidabo Amusement Park. Spend time on rides suitable for both adultsand families while taking in fantastic sunset views over Barcelona. The evening is free to relax back in the city. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 8 – Day Trip: Girona & Costa Brava
Travel to medieval Girona to explore its atmospheric old town. Highlights include the cathedral, the Jewish Quarter, Game of Thrones filminglocations, and a walk along the city walls for sweeping views. Girona’s narrow streets and colorful riverside houses provide excellent photoopportunities and a deep sense of history.
Continue to the Costa Brava, with beach time in Tossa de Mar or Calella de Palafrugell. Walk a scenic stretch of the coastal path (Camí deRonda) and, if you wish, opt for snorkeling or a boat cave visit to discover hidden coves and crystal-clear waters. Return to Barcelona in theevening. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 9 – Shopping, Museums & Food Market Dinner
This is a flexible day tailored to your interests. Suggested options include a Camp Nou Football Stadium tour for sports fans, a visit to Moco Museum for modern and street art, Aquarium Barcelona for marine life, a relaxing row on the Parc de la Ciutadella boat lake, or a ride on the Barceloneta cable car for more city and sea views. You can mix and match these experiences depending on your energy and preferences.
In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner in a gourmet food hall, such as El Nacional or a private dining room inside La Boqueria, where you cansample a variety of high-quality Spanish and Catalan dishes in one stylish setting. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 10 – Departure
At the appropriate time, a private transfer will collect you from your hotel and take you to Barcelona Airport for your departing flight. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have a final opportunity for a short walk or last-minute shopping nearby. Your local support team remains available until departure in case of any last-minute changes.
